About Patriots and Heroes
Patriots and Heroes is a series that was created with the purpose to make a difference in the lives of America's service members who have been injured.
The format of each episode is very simple and straight-forward:
- Raise awareness and identify a problem an injured service member is facing (or has faced in the past).
- Highlight the actions that individuals and/or companies are taking to help those in need through programs and services.
- Encourage viewers to take action through these companies to help injured service members.
We at Around the World Productions know the freedom Americans have and everything we take for granted does not come free. Every day, millions of people risk their lives in the military, law enforcement, and fighting fires to protect and save their fellow Americans. Many are injured in the line of duty and some pay the ultimate price.
In this all-American series we will travel across this great country to hear some of these heroic stories, meet the devoted patriots, and talk to their family and friends. We will also meet the organizations and charities committed to helping these selfless individuals, and we will show you how to take action, possibly through volunteering your time or a simple donation, and give back to those who have dedicated their lives to our country and helping others.
Having traveled and worked around the world, we always look forward to returning to this great country and this is our chance to give back and help those who have selflessly helped us at a time when they need it most. Join us to make a difference in the lives of our service members by taking action today.
